Terms of Use
1. The service
Trestly is a family-organized progress tracker. It helps families organize goals, session notes, home practice, appointments, and documents related to a child’s support journey.
2. Not medical, therapy, or emergency care
Trestly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, crisis support, or emergency services. Do not use Trestly for emergencies or urgent health concerns. Contact local emergency services or a qualified health professional when appropriate.
3. Who may create an account
You must be old enough to enter into this agreement and must be a parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized person for any child information you add. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of the information and files you add. You give Trestly permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and support the service. Do not upload information you are not authorized to provide, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
5. Privacy and access
Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy. Selecting or naming a clinic in Trestly does not give that clinic access to a family’s information. Any future sharing feature will require separate, explicit permission from the account holder.
6. Early-access service and changes
Trestly is evolving. We may change, add, or remove features as we improve the service. We may update these Terms when necessary; for material changes, we will provide notice in the service or by email and request acceptance where required.
7. Fees
Trestly is free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, we will provide advance notice and a clear choice before charging you. No payment obligation is created by these Terms while the service remains free.
8. Availability and limits
We work to keep Trestly available and protect information with reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security. To the extent permitted by law, Trestly is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Ending an account
You may request deletion of your account and family data through the service or by contacting us. We may suspend or end an account if these Terms are violated, if necessary to protect users or the service, or if we discontinue the service. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.
10. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting consumer rights that apply where you live. Questions or concerns can be sent to info@usetrestly.com.
